I loved this tablet in the beginning but I gave it a 3 because I thought it was supposed be drop free my daughter drop it with the case on it by accident and now it has a light crack and will not open so I don't understand it's not a big crack but the tablet won't unlock I turn on and still looks normal but can't open it so now I have to order her a new one this was her Christmas present last year and it only April shouldn't be having problems with it already
