Piece of junk as is the help I got from HP.
Stay away from this printer and all HP products.i bought an 8020e and fron the beginning it had issues.i had a lot of tech support that did nothing except disconnect when they realized they could not fix the printer then THEY LIED to me saying they would replace it. But it was out of stock and they (after saying they would send an equal printer or better) refused to send one UNTIL THEY had the same model in stock. I WILL NEVER buy anything from HP. After a 25 year run with them the products are cheap and inferior to my Epson printers.
