Could be a little better.

The purple balloon was the only one that didn't have happy birthday written on it. Was nice for the price. The serpentines weren't as nice as expected. They weren't very curly. Not sure if I was suppose to do something to them to make them curlier. It didn't say. I tried scissors, but it didn't work.
