I have, for the last few years, shoot with a tablet under my pillow to help overpower the incessant ringing in my head. Doing this has always left me with a fear of the battery overheating and possibly causing a fire, but if you suffer from tinnitus you will do almost anything to sleep. I placed a speaker on either side of my head so that I could hear it no matter where my head was placed on the pillow. They performed exactly how I had hoped and I slept through the night without having to worry. I am going to recommend this to my sisters who also suffer with tinnitus.

Purchased for a gift, however, very disappointed that the speakers were not loud enough to hear. Ordered on line, shipped to store and returning to store.
