Philips Avent Anti-Colic Baby Bottle with AirFree Vent 4oz, 2pk, SCF400/24

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to introduce our exclusively breastfed baby to a bottle at 5 weeks since she will soon be attending daycare. She has not really been a colicky baby or had a lot of spit up but she is gassy and needs to be burped a lot during feedings. We decided to try the Philips Avent Anti-Colic bottles and got three 4 oz bottles. These bottles were very easy to clean and put together. We prefer bottles with as few little parts as possible and this definitely delivered. The shape of these bottles were great because of they were not too big in my small hands but the mouth of the bottle was big enough to pour in the milk without wasting it. Our baby was able to take to this bottle relatively easy. It took her a little while to figure out how to suck on these as the nipple isn't as rounded or as wide as some bottles. The important thing was that she was less gassy after feeding with this bottle and she did not have to be burped as much. She seemed to enjoy that she didn't have to stop so often to be burped. We also didn't have problems with nipple confusion when she breastfed in the evening after using the bottle during the day. We would definitely recommend these bottles for colicky/gassy babies.
