Well made, great price. Attach anywhere!
I have a quick attach pull-up bar that attaches to my 3x3†uprights, but my options are limited to it being mounted between two uprights. There are times when my wife or my son want to be Abel to use the pull up bar while I’m using the rack for other lifts, so this attachment is PERFECT! I also use it to perform loop band exercises (flys, tricep extension, etc) People have said that their bar doesn’t sit flush (causing the bar to extend in a way that is not level with the floor), but I do not have that problem - mine is flush. It feels VERY STURDY, and seems like it can handle a bit more than the weight rating they claim, but maybe I’ll respect that limit just in case…

Kids pull up Bar
It’s pretty awesome that my little dudes now have a bar to do pull up on next to me on the rig. They’re 5 and 3 so I have a box they climb on to get to the bar and use bands to assist. But it’s an awesome piece of equipment that we will use for years until my kids can start doing pull ups on the full size rig.

Fits 2 by 3 or 3 by 3 rack posts
This bar works on my Titan series which has 3 by 3 posts. Will also fit racks with 2 by 3 posts, just remove the spacer. Easy to adjust. Very sturdy, not just for kids.
