Poor Quality and Even Worse Service

We bought a 6 piece set with loungers in Sunbrela Fabric. After a year, we started having mold issues with the cushions. At that time, Ohana sent out some plastic to go between the cushions and covers. However, this never fixed the problem and as time went on it got worse. Our set is less than 4 years old and it is completely disgusting. I went to order replacement covers but the cost was over 1K just for covers. The person in customer service told me that we got our use out of the 3.5K set and that they would not cover replacement covers. I wasn't asking for free covers. All I wanted was a discount on replacements. I was offered the standard 20% off sale which was rather insulting . I wish I could rate them lower than a 1
