Corkcicle 17 oz Commuter Cup, Tumbler, Stainless Steel, Spill-Proof, Triple Insulated, Water Bottle, Walnut Wood

I love the mug! However, the issue I have is with the supplier Walmart uses. I place the order for the Corkcicle mug and it took a week for them to process it. Once it finally arrived and I opened the package there was NO mug but only a very cheap kid doll accessory kit!?!? I assumed a simple order error and attempted to return it and have them replace it with the mug. I was told that the order was not able to be returned and no refund was possible. I contacted Walmart customer support, explaining the situation and while the agent was apologetic and stated a refund to the account would be issued two weeks later nothing. I am extremely frustrated that I paid premium dollars for a mug I never received by got a cheap toy doll accessory kit I have no need for, nor wanted. I am also frustrated with Walmart lack of response and apparent support of this fraud.
