Very comfortable and stretchy

Size XL fits 40 hips very comfortably; in fact you could go with a size L if you want a tight fit. The fabric and waistband are very stretchy and the item is comfortable to wear. Other reviewers have noted this skirt does not have a hem and is laser cut, but it stays flat and does not roll up at all. I washed the item inside out in a washing machine on delicate" and then hung it to dry. Looks perfect."

Super Sexy Skirt. Love the way it makes my first ladies @$$ look POW!!!!! XL fit her 16/18 frame well! Maybe a tad shortfor those who are more conservative.
