Tweety Tweety : A children's book about coping with their emotions (Paperback)

The year Twenty Twenty (2020) brought such immeasurable turmoil and negative impact on our country that our young children, as well as aging adults, have suffered tremendous anxiety and increased negative emotions. While there is warranted attention given to adults, it is my desire to help the young children around the world find fun and positive pathways to mental and Internal wellness by utilizing stress Relievers inspired by my character Tweety Tweety. This book provides coping mechanisms in an exciting interactive way that should be listened by audio for best experience. Deep breathing/meditation, reading, music therapy, journaling and more is displayed in a rhythmic poem meant for children to absorb and be able to utilize in unavoidable circumstances as they continue their journey in life. Though this is not a replacement for psychological therapy, the healthy coping exercises used in the book have been known to alleviate stress, anger, anxiety, memory lapse and more in children and adults. Giving our children these tools early but in a way they view as fun will in turn become habit and routine.
