"Love Me Tender" does not glow in the dark
I really like the powder dip nail polish! The manicure lasts for up to 4 weeks. I have used both the mood change and glow in the dark nails. So far only "Love Me Tender" does not glow at all. I like the color so it still gets 4 out of 5 stars. Since the don't glow I would recommend a different color.
