Terrible customer service

Had to cancel my order due to customer service incompetence. Ordered flooring package in 3/2023 to be delivered during 4/2023. Was assured by customer service rep that flooring would be delivered during a particular week we were available. 1 day before scheduled delivery date, we call to confirm delivery, but we're told product hasn't been released to carrier, so will not arrive in time. Spent hours on the phone to arrange another delivery date in 5/2023. Customer rep again assured us of product arriving on time, even stated company would pay for carrier storage fee so that product would be available to be delivered. Call end of 4/2023 to confirm above and told product once again not released to carrier and would not arrive in time. We arranged special travel plans just to receive this product and now it's not available. This company is a joke with logistics and the customer reps will say anything to make a sale. We can understand a difference of a day variance in delivery, but 5 days out from a scheduled delivery date is ridiculous. We would not have even known if we didn't try to follow up on our own. This is what you get for service when buying products priced at 1k+, would hate to know how you're treated if just buying a shelf/cabinet. Order cancelled!!! Let's see if this company follows through and is prompt about returning our money.
