I am so disappointed my chalk arrived broken!

I spent $5.57 on this Tailor's chalk ordered on November 5th just to receive it today and it is broken! I am so disappointed! The bag that it was shipped in was this bag shown in the pictures with no cushion around it or anything and here's the pictures of my chalk. I wish that the shipper would have took more precaution on how to wrap and ship a delicate item as such. I would love to recommend it to everyone but if it is shipped out the way it is and your customers receive it broken, I do not recommend!
