Looks good but rusts and the hardware doesn't fit

Nice size and shape but rusty water dripped out of it first time in the rain, and I'm still trying to find the right hardware to attach it to my ATV.

Low price but?

Think a first grader could have made a better instruction sheet. No hardware for mounting to front rack's tubing, with the exception of the two small bolts and nuts the hold the metal that covers the baskets bottom opening. I have a welder and drill press to fabricate mounting brackets. I order two and the 2nd box was identical.

No Useful Hardware at all.

Mounting Hardware? ummmm . . . Not unless you have some freaky flat bar running north/south that this thing will hook to. Spend a few bucks more and get one you dont have to do fabrication to fit.
