Not the size as advertised

I've had 3 of these bags over the years. They are of medium quality, and for my uses last about 6 years. I've always been able to buy them locally, but that store is out of business so I had to order one online this time. My big issue, is that the bag is shorter than advertised. It was supposed to be 22". It's 20". For my uses that's a significant difference.
