WALMART LIES.
Walmart managers promised me a full refund for the complete $63 order after all the incredible customer service issues I had with this order. The first box arrived open and damaged. It was too large to return. Walmart promised to re-route the second part of the order and failed to do so. The box arrived open and damaged as well. After numerous calls, I was promised I would be refunded for the entire order and I could dispose of the beds. The refund still hasn't happened after multiple calls. I'm contesting the charge on my credit card. SHAME ON WALMART. You a fraudulent criminal company. Dog owners beware. Walmart fails at fulfillment and customer service.
