This sip cup doesn't build up pressure and push liquid back up through the straw like lots others do. The child can drink all of the contents because the weighted disc at the bottom of straw reached all sides. This also gets dropped on the floor frequently and only a few drips splash out. Very good quality. I've dishwasher cleaned it five times and still works well.
