Durango® WorkHorse™ Western Work Boot

Bought these from an online retailer (aren't we all with this COVID-19 crap) and although it took forever to get them (just got them yesterday), at first glance it was worth the wait. This is a solid boot. Full stop. Just what I needed for life in Canada and our crazy weather. The fit is perfect. I usually wear a 10.5 in my footwear so true to size. Very stiff leather so currently snug. I softened them up a little and put on an extra pair of socks and wore them for 2 hours around the house, walking, bending and stretching. Within 30 minutes, could feel the leather relaxing and the snugness disappearing. After two hours, they were already so comfortable, I had to remember to take them off. I will rinse repeat for a few more days but feel I could already spend a whole day at work in these. The sole is a little different in style and material from my Ariat boots and my initial assessment is that these features will make them easier to walk in. How can I say, more “natural” for my gait I guess. Bravo Durango! I will complete breaking these in and further update this review down the road.
