Nametag holder better than some

I had to wait quite a while for this. I guess it came from overseas. Nametag holder function, but it's not as nice as pictures. A little short, kind of stiff, and doesn't lay flat. The way the two end of the lanyard meet is awkward. There's a 1-2" heavy thread that sticks out where the lanyard attaches to nametag holder. I have no idea if it has a purpose or if it should be cut off. The sparkly bits aren't as pretty as pictured, bigger than expected. Just okay. But not what I was looking for.
