Simplifies My Supplement Regimine!
Fiber is essential for me and there are a great number of supplements that I was taking in addition. Now I just take one of these in the evening along with my evening fiber and my colon function is better than ever! It's become a mandatory part of my colon wellness program!
This Stuff Reall Works
Man, at last something that works w/o irritation. Take one bfre bedtime and you will be having a bowel movement of the complete kind the next morning. At least it works in this way for me. It keeps you clean as a whistle and you soon notice total belly deflation. This (herbal remedy) works better than the fiber type of colon cleansing for me and its way quicker to produce results. This is the best by far that i have tried. I tried fiber, Chinese Herbal Teas (which contain Senna leaf also) and the drugstore varieties but this is a WINNER by far. Among its kind it is the first and only one i have used but, why look further. As always, a great value with Swanson Vitamins!
