An exceptional tot seat made of 5/16" thick EPDM rubber with a one piece insert to resist vandalism and triangular hardware. EPDM: Ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer which is a synthetic rubber material which helps prevent crazing, cracking and oxidizing. The A110 Safety Chain is optional.
