Bait %26 Switch??

Ordered this battery kit and was so looking forward to have it delivered. I paid for a Ryobi One Plus 18V starter kit with a 6,4 and 2 Ah High Performance batteries plus a charger and a storage bag. Unfortunately not what I received! It was two 4 Ah and a 2 Ah and charger. No bag. Very disappointed and felt like I was cheated! The box said it was a promotional item and that is not what was listed.
