Delivery was quick. Packaged very nicely. Top and bottom were scratched or marred. Makes me wonder if it's actually new or a refurbished laptop. Apparently can only add two pictures of the laptop. The top is worse than the bottom, but they're both marred.

Iffy if I'd buy it again

Received this quickly so kudos for the speed of picking and shipping. Likes would be the solid state memory. Quicker than my old laptop. Dislikes - The case looked like it had been kicked down a hallway. Scratches and discolorations. The lousy Microsoft demand that you HAVE to sign in everytime you turn your computer on. I've tried a dozen times after searching for solutions to not having to use a password or pin number to actually use the computer but the lousy (I'm being kind, the words I'd choose would be deleted) microsoft trash is a real pain. Add in for some reason this Dell you HAVE to select Number Lock prior to signing in if you use any numbers in your sign in. Why Dell? The number pad has no other choices on the keys. Stupid to have to turn on the number every time you start it up. Not too impressed with the back lit keyboard, but it's not too annoying. Really, the only thing that's good enough is that this isn't some crummy Hewlett Packard. I've 3 of those that each lasted about a year and a half before dying without any warning. I'm sure there are better laptops out there for less money, but after those 3 Schiffy laptops from HP I decided to spend a bit more and try something different.
