Gentle, but very effective.

I have tried a lot of other brand names and none are as gentle or effective as Nature's Way. I take one or two capsules each night before bedtime with a glass of water and I have positive results in the morning. There are no side effects such as cramping or stomach pain. I recommend this to anyone who suffers from constipation.

great product

Our family was using a high dollar aloe supplement and then we discovered Swanson Vitamins. This is equal to or better than what we were purchasing. Works great and no after taste.

Always works. Count on it.

One capsule works fine for me when mildly constipated. Do not use more if a result does not show fast enough. It will work just a little later. Best before bedtime. I am using it since many years.
