Cleans exceptionally well and lathers up stupendously with just a miniscule amount of shampoo. Rather liquidy shampoo, so it is very easy to spread out and cover all your hair and scalp very quickly without much work (this shampoo is better than most all other shampoos on this point). Healthy ingredients, too. If anything, cleans a little TOO effectively; leaves a squeaky-clean feeling to your hair. This means some people may feel that it is drying to their hair. However, I think this is a problem with most health shampoos; the cleansers in them seem to leave hair feeling too dry because they are leaving out more unhealthy ingredients that their mass market counterparts put in to make hair feel softer. I try to counteract this by shampooing only every 2-3 days, and I use plain conditioner as my "shampoo" on the other days. All in all, I like this shampoo. It makes lots of suds, rinses easily, and smells very nice with only natural ingredients (no fake/synthetic fragrances).
