Great for the blues

I love Bach flower essences. They are gentle, yet effective. The packaging is easy to open. I prefer the taste of Bach over other brands, as they taste less like alcohol. Bach uses high quality ingredients that I trust. I have about 15 varieties of essences and they are all very effective with noticeable benefits. I follow the recommended dosage on the packaging, but sometimes I just take needed. Mustard is good for seasonal depression.

THERAPEUTIC BENEFIT OF BACH FLOWERS

Always pleased with Bach Flowers we have used, If the correct remedy/remedies are chosen we find they work quickly and work with the body without reactions as can occur with supplements or medications. The Bach flowers are very gentle. Highly recommend.

Alcohol free

Ive always wanted to try Bach remedies, but they contain alcohol. That's why I was so excited to try these since they're alcohol free. Hoping to see some great improvements
