keep this in your pocket!

Long time trusted Bach products has been used by a few family members for years. 'That is why I use Bach and buy from Swanson due to a good cost. I truly believe Aspen helps with my unsettling feelings at work due to stress and stupid coworkers. I put a few drops under my tongue and I really do feel calmer. I'm not questioning the magic....it works for me.

Relaxation in a bottle

I have been using Bach Flower Essense formulas for nearly 6 months and especially Aspen is very good for relaxation. Within a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes, I feel a soothing calm come over me. It's a good way to help life slow down.
