Let It Go
I am partial to Willow the Flower Remedy for forgiving and forgetting. Over the years, I've had to deal with extremely manipulative/abusive people that were supposed to always be there for me. I feel lighter and more hopeful when I use this regularly.

Works for me
This helps to shift to forgiveness mode. It's subtle, yet effective. Like the quality and purity of Bach flower essences. I just put a drop on a pressure point and changes can happen quickly. It's hard to find the Bach remedies so it's great iHerb carries many of them.

Original Bach Flowers
I have been using Bach flowers for years. The extracts sold on the site are original and good. I have bought them several times and am always satisfied. Their price is reasonable and during sales sometimes the price is really cheap. Highly recommend.
