I bought this to hang in my car and filled it with Aura Cacia Chill Pill Essential Solutions. I wanted to smell something relaxing on my commute to the office. I like it but it's a little big to hang on the rearview mirror. It was replacing something similar that broke a few months ago. I wish they had something a little smaller but overall I really like having a fragrance that is natural, any smell I want and easy to refill. I've thought about getting another one for my work area.

I got this to hang in a bathroom. My mistake. Although I put enough oil in it that the lower half was moist. Could barely smell the scent if the room had been closed for a long time. I'm sure it will work fine in the sunlight.

These are cute decorations, and well made. The drawback is that clay is really good at absorbing things, and that is just what these do-they absorb the aroma of the oils instead of letting the smell out. This means that they do not work for the purpose that they are meant for. I bought 2 of the sunshine diffusers...one for office and one for the vehicle. I also bought a moon shape to hang on the bedpost. Since mild and mixed oils didn't work in these, I tried the stronger 100% oils, to no avail. It may not look as nice just having a cotton ball with oils setting on the night stand, but at least that works.
