Sizing way off, lace is awful material!

Sizing way off!! Says an XXL will fit a 40 inch waist and it's nowhere close to that! Didn't even try it on because I could tell it was only halfway across my stomach when I held it up to me. Included pictures of it not stretched measurements, stretches to about 16 inches in the bodice area at its maximum. The lace pieces are awful material, feels crunchy and stiff except for the lace on the skirt area which is fairly decent for the price. The headband is tiny and the lace is just wadded up looking. The main outfit is not terrible material but very thin and cheap.
