Q1: Can i out these on without taking out my insole? My insole are glued, so i dont want to ruin my shoes

● Yes. Using these does not require removal of insoles.

Q2: Is it possible if those would fit a size 4.5 in Air force 1?

● They should fit, You can trim them with scissors... They were used in a size 8 Air Force 1.

● Take out insoles,put in crease guards(trim if necessary),then put the insole's back in.

Q3:Does this fit on Air Force 1 size 10 men's?

● Yes, its fitting any size.

Q4:Does this affect wearing shoes?

● It does not affect wearing shoes. These were bought for my 17yo son (an avid basketball player).
