The product is a 5 star. It came complete well packaged and quick but it lost a star rating because the wiring diagram was incorrect /backwards for my vehicle. The wiring adapter power lead isn't the same as factory wiring. I had to remove the tank twice to get the wiring right. I would suggest you test the power wire leads with a 12 volt battery to the pump before reinstalling.
