Outstanding Headset!
I read the 2 reviews here before purchasing, and they seemed like user error to me. I already have the Wired version of this headset, the 650? I believe... This headset might actually sound better... and it has terrific range. I'm really blown away by the audio quality both outgoing and incoming. If you need a wireless headset for your computer, this is it.

Good Product with Excellent Warranty
The headphone I received had an issue with charging when I put it on the cradle. It worked, but I had to dock it 2 or 3 times to get the charge light to come on. However, Logitech is sending out a new unit under warranty with no hassle at all.

Wire less
very hard to set up. maybe its the laptop or maybe it is me but I was able to make them work once and then the next day no luck. I can gear the person in the other end but they cant hear me and the mike is not muted. I lost the box so cant return them so lets see. back to my head set with wire.
