Tasty Shortcut

I usually try to make everything I cook from scratch but this Green Enchilada sauce is a great shortcut for a busy day. The taste is great and mild enough for the kiddos. The sauce is thick so it coats your enchiladas perfectly. The ingredients aren't full of nasty preservatives either which is a plus for me.
