This laminator has a hot AND cold setting! It also has a setting for 5mm or 3mm laminating paper. So to set the laminator up was kind of confusing for me since I’ve never used a laminator before! The Pen Gear laminator warmed up fast! The green light said go in 60 seconds. Be sure to pull the feeder guide in the back all the way horizonal. I first moved it up like a vertical paper feed, but it goes all the way back and feeds horizontal in the back. That's what I get for not reading instructions carefully.
