Worked perfect once I updated my BIOS. Had to update the bios to recognize the larger modules. Replaced the original 4gig (2x2) with 16gig (4x4) for better running of VMWare Clients. Old sticks added to my son's computer (identical motherboard), so he increased from 4 to 8, and each machine has completely matching DIMMs

Amazing ram upgrade with Crucial !

The order process was a breeze because they take my favorite form of payment - PAYPAL. The RAM arrived in anti-static sleeves, in an undamaged box and in brand new condition. The total install time was 4 minutes ( I stopped for a minute to admire the sleek look and feel of the chips :). My system had no problem determining that I was now running 16gb of RAM. I indicated in the checklist above that no installation instructions were included, that`s because if you need to be told how, get someone else to do it for you :) I use this computer primarily for gaming but also watch 1080p movies on it. The computer boots faster, accesses programs faster and generally seems more responsive. My games load a lot faster and run smoother than before. This has been a smooth and completely painless uprade for me. Crucial is still the Topdog as far as I`m concerned.
