Great Organizer & Time Saver

CardScan has saved a lot of time because I can do the fun part of scanning then have an assistant do the verification. During the meantime, I have the information I need. Then I transfer to Outlook. Having the contacts available on-line has been a life-saver several times because I can access cardscan.net from my windows phone or Business Contact Manager.

My

I use my CardScan to capture email addresses from business cards that are collected year round throughout our College's development department. This important data is then entered into our system where we are successfully able to update and keep current a list of corporate sponsors as well as alumni. What a time saver! And a huge thank you to CardScan for making me look so good!!!

Exceeded my Expectations

What a time saver! I just started a new sales position and have been meeting a lot of people. I work at home and perform my own administrative duties; it would have taken me a considerable amount of time to manually enter all my new contact data into my Outlook contact list. Now I just scan a business card and all information is added! I love my CardScan
