Works great, arrived damaged
Only 2 stars as it arrived damaged. Product works great so far though. Arrived damaged (track was bent and "pinched" the space where the carriage is to travel vertically. The plastic stabilizing plate arrived shattered as well. With some home fabricating, we were able to make it work (luckily.) If we weren't "handy" we would've sent the entire unit back to ask for a replacement (but the device meets our needs and works well so we're good.)
Don't Buy!!!!!!!!
If I could rate this product truthfully I would need negative numbers. I give it a minus 5. After going through the trouble of putting it all together it doesn't work at all. Changed batteries three times and checked all of the connections and it still doesn't work. I called the supplier and they are sending a shipping label to send it back and then they will issue a refund about 24 hours after they receive it. Now I have to take it all apart and put it back in the box tape it up and send it off. It would be easier if Wal-Mart would take it back and issue the refund but that's not how it works. My advice don't buy it but if you do good luck. I will be letting walmart know that I am angry that it wasted so much of my time. Hope this helps.
