Damaged goods sold as new - unbelievable!!!

I bought two of these bags, both of which came in a sealed plastic bag and were sold as new. Upon opening the plastic bags, I discovered that each hose bag was ripped. Extra bag fabric had been taped (using regular scotch tape) on the inside of the bag to cover the hole in the bag. Unbelievable!! Now the hassle of going back to Walmart to return the ripped bag and waiting for a new delivery. Beware of this Walmart supplier .
