New Balance Men's Fresh Foam 860 V13 Running Shoe, Black/Neon Dragonfly, 11 Wide

I have an extra wide and flat foot and I need a stability shoe. The 860 is one of the few shoes I have found that checks all the boxes. It is comfortable and provides good lateral support. The toe box is sufficiently wide to accommodate my flat feet. I have owned three previous pairs of the 860 and I routinely get around 500 miles out of them before they need to be replaced. Solid shoe.

I have been running for 45 years. Are used to compete and run higher mileage but now run about 20 or 25 miles a week. I have used every version of this shoe and I would say that this one is as good or better than any of them. shoes are easy to put on take off and the laces are about the right length and type. Feels very good on the foot which in my case is pretty narrow for a man. I am now 70 years old and it's important to have good support and cushioning to continue healthy joints and feet.
