I really like this product, highly recommended!
I bought this product for my home gym. (I also purchase the larger capacity aqua bag, which is a real bear to lift!) I wanted to improve my general fitness level and my core strength, which I feel has been holding me back lately. The thing that makes aqua bag training different than sandbags or other odd objects is the dynamic nature of the water as it shifts. I like keeping the bag about 75-80% filled so that the water sloshes back and forth and forces the user to engage the core to the max. I am using this product to improve my endurance strength. I will lunge with it in various positions or holds, and it is a great finisher workout. I have already begun to see a difference in my core strength. The variety of exercises is unlimited. The product is a commercial quality product. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is considering adding this to their bag of home exercise options.

Aqua Bag
The water section works well because it is constantly moving. The air section can't completely fill that surrounds the water because the bag shares the same whole of entry. Suggestion to the Aqua Bag company leave bag shape as it is however have two separate bags (the circular cover bag and an oblong water bag that inserts into the air bag) you will have a better product and it will be easy to fill. As it stands now it is not easy to fill and there is very little air surrounding the bag for ease of use.
