beware - doesnt look chrome

Ordered Chrome but sent polished nickel. (see picture with the handheld chrome from same line, and a nickel hook fixture for comparison) Got a replacement sent, and the chrome still isn't really chrome (see picture with second bar next to faucet of same line), still looks like nickel but i give up at this point. It doesn't match the rest of the line. I look at it every time i walk in the bathroom.
