Disappointed

This cord is fine (so far), but I ordered another cord through this company and it broke in less than a month. I bought extended insurance, but it doesn't kick in until the manufacturers warranty is up and I cannot figure out how to contact PROWELL USMART to request a replacement. Very frustrating.
