I've been involved with boxing most of my life punching, and catching punches. About 3 years ago I'm 45 now I noticed my hands hurting after holding pads for someone so I began searching for a better pair of mitts. I've tried about 4 other pairs of mitts before finding these. These are a game changer! I actually look forward to doing miit work with my clients or the kids using these knowing my hands will be ok afterwards. I love these!

Elbow saver!

Gotta have air mitts in the rotation. I use them for heavy hitters and even kickers Soft on the combatants and I could hit back with no risk. If you want to work accuracy, the sweet spot pocket in the middle works great.

Luxury!

The most comfortable mitts I have had! These are for the hard core trainers, and heavy hitters, they are not fitness mitts folks. Light weight and absorbent of hard impact. Easier on my shoulders and elbows also. . .
