I've been involved with boxing most of my life punching, and catching punches. About 3 years ago I'm 45 now I noticed my hands hurting after holding pads for someone so I began searching for a better pair of mitts. I've tried about 4 other pairs of mitts before finding these. These are a game changer! I actually look forward to doing miit work with my clients or the kids using these knowing my hands will be ok afterwards. I love these!

Best mitts I've used

These really do help disperse the energy from heavy hitters. I'm glad mike helped me pick these. I highly recommend any coach have a pair of these for themselves

Elbow saver!

Gotta have air mitts in the rotation. I use them for heavy hitters and even kickers Soft on the combatants and I could hit back with no risk. If you want to work accuracy, the sweet spot pocket in the middle works great.
