I like Boost Vanilla High Protein shakes because I don't always eat right because of problems eating and need an instant ready meal replacement to have and these are always a satisfying help to start my day with either a piece of toast or a couple of crackers and I have breakfast done. Or at late night I drink this sometimes to give my body proteins that will aid in protecting muscle loss while sleeping too. Would buy this again.

Excellent taste and nutrition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mmm!! Not only is this flavor Very Vanilla smooth and delicious, but it so good for you. There's 20g of protein in an 8 oz bottle. I drank it for lunch, it filled me up and gave me energy that lasted throughout the daytime. These are a balanced nutritional drink.

Great Taste and a Protien Boost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love anything that adds protein to my diet. I cut back in my meat intake, so I'm always looking for other protein sources. This is perfect. I add it to my coffee, and it tastes great. Naturally, it's great alone, but I use it in so many ways. It's also perfect in my overnight oats.
