I ordered online for product to be delivered to the entire center for installation of which I was never notified that the tires had arrived without me, calling myself, to validate and to schedule service. Day of service lost over an hour and a half of my time, walking around the store buying stuff I wouldn't probably have bought normally 40 notification of either in person or announcement over intercom system that the wrong items were delivered. Will not be going back to this tire center for service again.
