Not as supportive around the waist like the hospital ones but very breathable and it even has a little pocket I use for money or cards when going out since the pockets you would typically use with your arm are useless without the arm! Before this item, my arm was constantly itchy and uncomfortable with the hospital fabric. Once I put this on, it's soft cushioned where your arm rests but it also has mesh breathing spaces in the front to keep it airflow comfortable

What a lifesaver! Had a heavy plaster cast after tendon rupture repair. Sent home with a flimsy nonsupportive excuse for a sling. First and always thought....Walmart. The sling is very supportive and easy to get on and off with one hand/arm. Also easy to adjust how tight and high you want it using one hand/arm. Happy arm now.
