Highland Park 15 Viking Heart Single Malt Scotch Whisky 750 ml Single Glass Bottle, 44% ABV. Opening with deliciously rich and spicy aromas of crème brule, heather honey and cinnamon, it is followed by intensely fruity notes of fresh pineapple dressed with a hint of sun-kissed lemon zest. There's also a touch of freshly baked sponge cake, warm from the oven, and you'll find cinnamon again, but this time with toasted bits. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke. Why a ceramic decanter? Rewind a century or two and our whiskey would have been stored in clay pots. Inspired by examples found at our distillery in Orkney, we asked Wade Ceramics if they could work with us to create a modern version.
