Makes cotton candy good

The directions suck we followed the directions to make cotton candy and it didn't work at first because it said to put it on high for 5 minutes and then turn it back to 75 percent and it keep burning the sugar so I put the meter on 50 volts for 3 minutes and then put the sugar in and it started to make cotton candy with no problem so the directions are worthless you just got to figure out how the machine works best for you
